Owners can see all reservation dates and information, as well as block any dates they would like to use or have friends or family stay at the property. Owners also have online access to all financial statements. Other property management companies require contracts so it’s difficult to cancel if they don’t fulfill their promises, our Vacation Rental Property Management team requires no length of time contracts, cancel anytime if we don’t live up to our promises.

Zonings of which are eligible (once the moratorium is lifted):

Sonoma County has 5 districts: https://sonomacounty.ca.gov/Board-of-Supervisors/Supervisorial-District-Map/

District 1 has a partial address specific moratorium on short term rental permits – list available upon request

District 5 has the following criteria:

District 5 is now capped at the number of approved permits as of August 18, 2020. This means no new vacation rental permits will be issued in these areas until properties that currently hold vacation rental permits are sold or file a cessation of use.

AR, RR allow for use of vacation rentals

LEA, DA, RRD are allowable if not part of the Williamson Act
