Xanadu Healdsburg is a Blu Home with Green Solar Technology offering a large great room, gourmet kitchen, tv-game room with half bath, two en suite bedrooms and two guest rooms (which share a third full bathroom). All one level, glass-walled Nano doors with meadow, garden and forested hill views fold into each other to bring the outside in during warm months. Kitchen, Dining and Living room flow together. Gas fireplace flips on with a quick wall switch. Hardwood floors throughout the home. Gourmet Chefs island kitchen will delight any cook with large gas range, oven, microwave, wine refrigerator and dishwasher. Inside laundry provided with office space and separate TV-Game-Card room features large flat screen TV.
The gorgeous professionally landscaped yard with modern touches features an Heated Infiniti Pool (Solar heated April-Oct), Hot Tub, Sand Volleyball Court, Horseshoes and Bocce Ball Court. Large deck with an abundance of outdoor Seating and Dining.
House is within walking distance to Merriam winery and only minutes from LImerick Lane, Christopher Creek, Rodney Strong and J Vineyards.

Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be received and acknowledged by Owner before 30 days prior to the check-in date in order for Occupant to receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit. Upon receipt of written notice to cancel, Owner will send email confirmation of cancellation. For cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited. Furthermore, it is understood that Owner may reject this application and return the deposits in full; and Occupant hereby waives any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance of tenancy. If cancellation is due to any circumstance caused by Owner, or by any act of nature that renders the home uninhabitable, then 100% of all deposits will be promptly returned to Occupant. After the first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.

"Wonderful Couples Trip!"
This house was beautiful! Short trip to downtown Healdsburg and many wineries. Everything was as expected in the details and even nicer than the beautiful pictures showed. Had everything you could possibly need. WC Lodging (Debbi) was fantastic to work with. Hope to visit this house again.
Great place to meet up another family. Lots of space and activities. Great layout for spending time together. Less than 10 minutes drive to the downtown.

This is probably the nicest AirBNB I have every stayed it. The house is fairly new and is in really good condition. The location is great, very close to Healdsburg, but remote enough to have a lot of privacy.
The property looks just like the photos, probably even better than the photos.
The pool was our main reason for renting, and it was fantastic.
Great experience. Plan to go back soon.

This is an unbelievable house that sits on an amazing property. They have a beautiful infinity pool, hot tub, horse shoe, bocce ball and volleyball court. The back patio faces the setting sun over the hills and makes for a perfect place for a wine country getaway.
It's also extremely family friendly, and is about 10 mins to downtown Healdsburg. It's The hosts even donate any leftover food to the local food shelf, which is a great touch.

The place is beautiful and in pristine condition! It is perfect for a large group visiting wine country. The open concept design allowed for easy gathering both inside and outside the home. We hired a private chef to cook dinner one night and cooked for ourselves another night. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Great home with easy access to all that you want to do in the wine country... and plenty to enjoy when you come back home! Beautiful pool and hot tub, bocce ball court, volleyball/badminton sand court all made for added fun with family and friends. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for indoor and outdoor dining, and outdoor grill was great option for eating in.
We adored everything about this beautiful home! Loads of natural light and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Beds are supremely comfortable, kitchen well stocked with all the essentials and many cozy spots for eating, socializing and lounging. Pool and hot tub are phenomenal with a glorious open space views!
Overall Xanadu was awesome and exactly as we hoped. Great house, beautiful pool, hot tub, solid kitchen supplies for cooking, etc. Check-in was seamless. All good!

Our stay was so fabulous! We had everything we needed and the pool is just amazing. Everything about this house was great. Super clean, wonderful views, everything worked perfectly, the hot tub was so relaxing overlooking the sunset. It doesn’t get any better than this. We felt like locals with easy access to town, yet nested on a residential neighborhood. Will definitely book again! Can’t wait to come back.
Beautiful and invigorating property with everything you can possibly want in a high-end home and more...Location is close enough to downtown Healdsburg, but private enough to enjoy the wine country out the backdoor....So peaceful and relaxing!

Great house and excellent amenities . Convenient to Healdsburg . Great base for visiting wineries but it is hard to leave it and actually go out since it is such a great place to relax with family and friends .
Great place if you plan to stay in the area.. It is a bit of a drive to Napa and Sonoma but otherwise highly recommend!

This was by far one of the best homes I have ever rented with AirBnb. The cleanliness to the house itself were top notch and it blew away our expectations. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Healdsburg area and we cant wait for our next stay.
Xanadu is a beautiful home - the modern design and landscaping are stunning! Our group enjoyed the central location. Healdsburg's great wineries, restaurants, shopping and golf courses are all nearby. All the outdoor spaces are wonderful and it was nice to be able to spend time cooking and bbq'ing with our friends. We highly recommend this amazing property and look forward to returning soon.
Incredible place to stay! We had 4 couples and stayed comfortably in the 4 bedrooms. The sunsets on the pool deck are amazing, the house is right outside Healdsburg, we went to town and had great dining experiences there. Everything about the house was thought out and perfect for relaxing and enjoying wine country. We can’t wait to go back.
