Policies
Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be received and acknowledged by Owner before 30 days prior to the check-in date in order for Occupant to receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit. Upon receipt of written notice to cancel, Owner will send email confirmation of cancellation. For cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited. Furthermore, it is understood that Owner may reject this application and return the deposits in full; and Occupant hereby waives any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance of tenancy. If cancellation is due to any circumstance caused by Owner, or by any act of nature that renders the home uninhabitable, then 100% of all deposits will be promptly returned to Occupant. After the first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
Deposit Policy

The house and property were wonderful. We had a lovely time. Everything was great and views were spectacular. We would definitely rent the same house the next time we are in Healdsburg.
Family loved the dramatic hill top overview of Dry Creek Valley. Home was spacious and amazing views with multiple patio settings
We enjoyed the estate immensely! The first night it was just the two of us. We laid out by the serene natural pool and waterfall. The pool is the perfect size to take a quick “dip” to beat the summer heat!
The grounds are laid out in such a gorgeous and useful way. The views from the rod iron gazebo and the gas fire pit were breath taking. Though nearly every direction was a sprawling landscape of vineyards and mountains.. This is the spot to go to remind oneself of how beautiful life truly can be. A top of the world feeling!!
The second night my teenage boys and their girlfriends came up for dinner. We BBQ’d and had a ton of fun cooking together. The boys LOVED the basketball court. We all had a wonderful time!!

"Incredible property!"
We loved our Dry Creek rental. We three couples had an incredible view from every window. It had everything we needed, a view, gourmet kitchen, privacy and perfect location. We made dinner there every night and then sat around the fire pit and admired the stars. The owners were wonderful to work with. Our microwave quit and they replaced it that afternoon. We didn't know they were owners of a winery. We visited their tasting room and it was also wonderful. We will definitely be back.
"Return Visit"
We visited this lovely home for the second time, bringing some friends with this time. We had a great time visiting the wineries and then coming home to relax and watch the World Series - Yay Cubbies! The furnishings, the setting and the spacious home are wonderful! Thanks to the owners for such nice accommodations. We hope to be back again next fall.
"Spectacular Views with Great Indoor/Outdoor Areas"
An absolutely incredible getaway! We celebrated the engagement of friends here and it was fantastic. The home is on a beautiful hilltop surrounded by vines which allows for complete privacy. The three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms provided tons of space and comfort for our group. There are wonderful outdoor areas all around the property to enjoy a glass of wine and the kitchen is chef-level with all the amenities you need. We had such fun grilling and cooking dinner every night, hanging out around the large outdoor table and dipping our feet in the small soaking pool. The owners were very responsive and we were thrilled that their home was available for us!
