Stunning 3 bedroom, 3 full bath with beautiful lake views. Relax and unwind with panoramic views and world class fishing on Clear Lake – the largest natural freshwater lake in California. One of the best Clear Lake locations with its own private dock, just 5 minutes away from charming downtown Lakeport, with excellent restaurants and breweries, and plenty of wine tasting opportunities. Due to low lake level, dock is not usable for boats at this time.
This home is artistically designed living spaces to open water views of Clearlake and Mt. Konocti. From the open kitchen that flows into the dining room to the large outdoor patio, there is plenty of room for all guests to enjoy. Custom features embrace the natural element's of water, earth and stone and these flow into all of the fabulous details of the home. There is a large game room that includes an air hockey and ping pong table for you to enjoy.
220V available in the garage for EV Charging, cord not supplied.
Please note this home is not suitable for parties. The dock is not included in the rental. No dock access available for boats.
Lake level is low, water may not be under the dock during your stay.
Keurig available for guest use (coffee not supplied). Jets in master bathroom Jacuzzi tub are currently inoperable.
We recommend checking out "Destinations Magazine" online for some great suggestions on where to go and where to hike/eat/drink!
Booking is contingent on guest's acceptance of property manager's rental agreement. There is an additional $350/month utility fee for all stays 30 days or greater.
No smoking anywhere on the property.

Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be received and acknowledged by Owner before 30 days prior to the check-in date in order for Occupant to receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit. Upon receipt of written notice to cancel, Owner will send email confirmation of cancellation. For cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited. Furthermore, it is understood that Owner may reject this application and return the deposits in full; and Occupant hereby waives any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance of tenancy. If cancellation is due to any circumstance caused by Owner, or by any act of nature that renders the home uninhabitable, then 100% of all deposits will be promptly returned to Occupant. After the first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.

Great stay. The view is fabulous. The house is right on the water. Lots of board games to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen is well equipped. We stayed during a heatwave with over 100F and the AC kept us all cool!

Its a beautiful place, amazing views from the backyard, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay.
We had some issue with checkin as checkin instruction wasn't sent via app where we had all the conversation.
This place can use some cleanup, backyard was dusty, bird poop everywhere. We found many kitchen utensils having food remains, it wasn't cleaned well.
