Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of magical. It brought back all the cherished memories of my childhood at Clear Lake—heading out on the boat to Konocti for ice cream, searching for arrowheads, paddle boating, swimming, skiing, spotting the blue heron amazing sunrise. Now, experiencing these moments with my own kids made it even more special. The property was perfect for reliving these nostalgic activities, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create new family memories. Highly recommended!

Fantastic home (better than described) perfect for our family summer gathering! And convenient private boat dock, this house had everything on our checklist and more. Biggest surprise was the mattresses in the bedrooms were utterly blissful, I even messaged the host so see what brand they were because they were so comfortable. Host was very responsive and made our stay so welcoming and full of comfort. All 5-Stars given….except for the location, the water in this cove can get quite stifling with pungent algae, so we just had to boat out of there to find clean swimmable water. I am sure this is just seasonal so check with the host if you have this same concern to see if it’s cleared up during your stay.

Great place. Beautiful view. The backyard is lake shoreline. kayaks and paddle boards are available. great little fishing spot. some fishing gear is provided. we caught catfish, bass, crappie and bluegill right off the dock.

We loved the place so much we booked the place for four consecutive weeks.

Parking is tight, but we were able to back in two long-bed 3/4 ton pickups in the carport no problem.

The house was just as described on listing as far as amenities and home features. Only drawback to the home was the road and driveway into home. Road was uneven, not able to get low cars down the driveway. A lot of steps down to the home from carport, so make sure can do stairs. Had fun on paddle boat and paddle boards. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Home has split units and instructions on how to work could be clearer.

Photos certainly do not do justice to this lake house! There’s an abundance of space, you are literally on the lake and have plenty of activities available for which you don’t need to leave the home. It rained when we were there, but there were activities for every kind of weather and the home is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need - in the kitchen, board games, barbecue!

Our host was super responsive and flexible and made it very easy to enjoy our time at the home!

It’s a perfect distance from San Francisco and a great weekend getaway! We will definitely be back over the summer.

This place is so special. If you're looking to create family memories, this is the spot. In fact, it's so special, that I've even been looking to buy real estate in the area because this is so relaxing. I don't even need to entertain my teenager. He just wakes up and goes fishing. When I want to work out, I simply go for a kayak, and my doggo is the happiest little guy in the whole world when we go here. AND I love that I can get my work done with their incredibly fast wifi. Also, responsiveness is more than I could possibly ever ask for. It's a dream staycation for anyone living in the hustle bustle of the city. I should also mention I'm a repeat visitor.. it's really really beautiful!

This is not just a lake house to use as a getaway, which is precisely what it offers you, but this house is so much more because it creates precious family memories. You don’t have long with the kids that grow up far too fast to have the opportunity to create these kinds of memories, so be proactive and book this getaway and bring the entire family. Everything is there for you: the excitement of fishing, the easy kayaking, bonfire, BBQ, pet friendly, starlink satellite, swimming, hiking, and a friendly neighbor who can help you catch huge fish if you ask him for advice. 🙂 What an amazing stay. It reminds me of the country homes we’d go to as kids back home. Even my pickle, techie, vegetarian teen went out fishing on his own early in the mornings!Unbelievable accomplishment!!! Lol It was a beautiful place to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay over the long July 4th weekend. It was super hot (over 100 degrees!) so the AC was amazing. There was an algae bloom so swimming was out of the question, but we took the peddle-boat, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards out and had a great time. It was a wonderful accommodation for 6 adults, a toddler, and two dogs. Would definitely come stay again!

Beautiful property right on the lake with the most breathtaking sunrises.

House is well stocked with everything imaginable from extra blankets, games, yoga mats, fishing rods, a peddle boat, kayaks, standing paddle boards and more. The first Airbnb kitchen I’ve seen that has absolutely everything you could need!

So easy to get out on the water it even has its own dock. Perfect place for a family vacation or an escape with friends. We will be coming back!

The home was amazing. Beautiful lake views from almost every room. They had everything you would want for cooking your own meals and had a washer and dryer for clothes. Multiple areas of the home to just sit and enjoy the wayer and lake. Because of all the rain the lake was full and right up to the back area of the home. Well built dock was there for fishing from too. Oh and rhey even had extra fishing poles if needed. I would highly recommend this home and WC lodging for a relaxing 5 star experience.

This was the perfect stay for us! The home had everything we needed and waking up to a view of the lake each day was fantastic! We got to use the kayaks that were provided, sat by the fire pit, played board games, and more.
The lake levels are back up, so I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway!

House was amazing and very clean! We would most definitely book again as it’s only about 15-20min from Clearlake and Lakeport! Watch out tho the stairs are a bit steep to walk down to get to the front door and the railing was very wiggly. Other than that which again if your carful not a problem it was a 10/10!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay with a group of friends for the weekend. There was a heatwave the weekend we stayed, but the AC in the home was phenomenal. Not close to the lake, and it's not meant for swimming but there is lake access a short drive away. But it was an amazing stay. Home has everything you could need. The host were extremely accommodating. The kitchen has everything you would need too.

The house looks modern and is well equipped with amenities. There’s a telescope in the house that makes it fun at night to look into the sky.

It's a beautiful home in a very beautiful and quiet location. Plenty of room for our party of 8. The house is very clean and well kept. Nice relaxing deck that stays pretty cool even during hot summer months due to lots of shade to enjoy lakefront grilling in the evening. Host communication was also great. We traveled in two Teslas and were a bit worried about charging given the lack of charging stations nearby (The nearest supercharger is over 50 miles away). Used 110V outlet to get back 2-3 miles/hr., but would strongly recommend adding a 220V charging outlet for extra peace of mind to guests. Parking is also quiet tricky, but you figure out after a couple of ins-and-outs. Overall a great weekend getaway.

This is a beautiful home right on the lakefront as the pictures show. It is a very peaceful location and we had a great family time together which was the intention. As the other reviewers said there is a steep decline with a turn needed to park the car in the carport. The best way is to go down first and then back into the carport. For exit, go straight till the dead end and then take a U-turn. For any Tesla owners, I was a bit concerned about no superchargers in the vicinity. There is a regular 110V outlet at the carport and charging overnight is enough to get to the nearest supercharger.

I did not stay there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The views are stunning from every room of the house. The deck is huge with lots of space to relax. You can kayak right off the dock and explore the lake. The beds are so comfortable and the linens are very luxurious. The kitchen is well stocked. It was a fabulous weekend and we would happily return.

We love the place. We loved the little touches like the extension cords in the bedrooms with extra plugs, the beanbags for extra chairs, the extra hanger rack in the bathroom, the video games, the labels on everything! The place was quiet and serene. Perfect place to get away from the rat race of the city.

Some things to note :
- the wifi is a little slow but they're installing a faster Starlink wifi (which should speed up)
- The road to access the house is a little narrow so it is something to consider if you have a wide car. I had a regular 5 seater SUV and it was just right. Anything wider would be challenging.

This place was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a last minute getaway. There ended up being a total of five of us and we spent the days hiking, wine tasting, bbq-ing and hanging out by the lake. Each night we cooked dinner and were pleasantly surprised with how many kitchen gadgets were included, including some tupperware! Very thoughtful. We made full use of the outdoor fire pit which was amazing. The house is equipped with an outdoor speaker system which we all really enjoyed. Being by the lake and other reviews about bugs we made sure to come prepared with spray and find the bug lantern immediately upon arrival. We plugged it in outside and didn't have any issues. Spray was provided, but we still used our own. There were yoga mats in each bedroom which I thought was a nice touch. One of my friends used hers every morning to do yoga by the lake. Overall the house was really awesome and we'll definitely be coming back! Let's hope for rain to get those lake levels up!

Beautiful house. The neighbors were close but very quiet.

Great location, great views and great property! Big fan of the firepit- it’s a propane fire so does not involve figuring out how to make a wood fire either. We throughly enjoyed the sunrise over the lake every morning as well. The house has all the amenities for a chill stay, except the Wi-Fi is pretty spotty. I’d definitely visit again though!

Wow. What a spectacular home away from home. Fully stocked in every way you can imagine. And the host was super responsive. We loved every minute there and would definitely come back.

We were a party of 7 and we all enjoyed our stay at the Lower Lake house.

The interior of the house has been beautifully remodeled and you literally feel as if you’re staying in a new home.

There were many amenities afforded to us and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking ware and utensils you can imagine.

All the guests loved the layout of the rooms and slept comfortably. One plus was that the sleeper sofa was located in a private part of the house with its own full bathroom and widescreen TV.

Additionally, we all did not mind that the lake levels were low as the views from the back of the house facing the lake were beautiful.

Also, there were a lot of board games which a wonderful touch considering we were a large group.

Customer Service was also great and they responded rather quickly if we had any questions, issues, or concerns.

This place is definitely great for parties of 4-8 people and we shall, no doubt, be renting this house for any future stays at Clearlake as you get a lot in return for the very affordable amount you pay.

Enjoyed our stay in this updated and beautiful home. Furnishings and decor theme was cute. Bed was comfy and beddings were clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with many items. Board games, Netflix, and PlayStation available. WiFi signal was not as strong. The lake has dried up though, no boating or fishing can be done in backyard but worth the stay either way. Checkout time said 10am by email but 11am is posted at the house, make sure you clarify.

Absolutely amazing house

Beautiful property. The place was spacious for 8 of us it had all the amenities we needed!

Although the lake itself wasn’t at sea level due to our drought, it was still nice to watch the sunset and sunrise.

The steep stairs entrance was definitely a work out going up and down but nonetheless it was fine. We just made sure to carry our toddlers up and down.
Something to note if you have elderly members.

Communication is always great with WC lodging, always prompt and accommodating.
Check in instructions were accurate as always.

Decided to get away mid-week to remotely work (and play!) with my sister, brother in law, and baby niece (9 months) and we all had such a wonderful time! The space is great, and kid friendly! My niece comfortably rolled/crawled around everywhere.

The recent rain has raised the lake levels- I know some reviews mentioned the variation between reality and the photos, but it looks like it is getting back to normal. Honestly the views were probably my favorite part of the stay- from literally every room! I liked to camp out on the couch downstairs and dreamily look outside with a cup of coffee in hand, I felt like I was in a Hallmark made for tv movie- maybe if I book closer to Christmas time I'll be able to find my soulmate? 

Ha! Okay, all jokes aside, this rental is really wonderful! I can't wait to book again. We didn't make it out to wineries this time, but my sister and I did take full advantage of the hiking trails nearby, 10/10!!! Don't forget to turn on the firepit outside and look up for some awesome starry night skies- escaping the light pollution of the city is worth the trip on its own. 

Also, this is the first time I've seen a space offer to donate any leftover food to a local food bank, that is such a wonderful touch! I admittedly rarely have the problem of left over food (eating is my cardio), but it was nice to know anything we brought wouldn't go to waste.

We needed some days away and this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the SF bay. Really nice house with plenty of space. Enough rooms to fit my husband, 4 year old, and in-laws - with a really well stocked kitchen. You'll want to bring food to cook with you, but know you'll have a very well stocked kitchen. Because the lake is low, we kept ourselves busy with some low key wine tasting and hiking trails nearby.

I was a bit nervous looking at the listing's ratings. Seems like people rated poorly based on the lake being low (which is not a reflection of the space at all). Lucky for us because we were able to get a great deal. Place is #1 for us when it comes to options on/around Clear Lake. We'll be back!

We had a great time at this property which was much more modern and well kept than other AirBnBs we've stayed at on Clear Lake. It was quite spacious, clean, and well laid out, especially the two living spaces on the first floor. The fire pit table on the outside deck was a great setting for dinner and late night drinks. And best of all, the kitchen was really well equipped which we sincerely appreciated.

Since the lake has receded due to the current drought, we pivoted our original plans of fishing to hiking nearby Mt Konocti and going to a few wineries. We're looking forward to coming back for more hiking and, when the lake levels increase, to fish and kayak.

The house is beautiful, well maintained and very clean! View of the lake is indeed from every room. Amenities were awesome and sleeping arrangement are very very comfortable. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the boat dock as the lake levels are EXTREMELY low. (No water under, or around) boat dock area. My kids enjoyed the upper level deck!! This was a bonus!!
