This home was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. It was better than expected!

My adult son, his wife and I had a lovely mini get-a-way. I flew into Santa Rosa and they drove up from the Bay Area. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. Great place to have family time. The home was very comfortable, great 2 MBR suites with plenty of space. Super outside gathering areas. Loved the rockers on the front covered porch. There are wineries in the area to visit and enjoy. Not far from Healdsberg which has a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. the space was great and best part is the chairs were very comfortable. Gardens are gorgeous and evening lights are nice.

Beautiful property! Very private and serene with lovely vineyard views across the street. Located a short distance from many Dry Creek Valley wineries, Lake Sonoma, and Healdsburg! ? Easy check-in and check-out process. Plentiful cooking utensils and spices in case you forget to bring any. Lots of well maintained bushes and shrubbery ? with birds enjoying their multiple bird houses. If I could sum up my stay in one word it would be Peaceful! ?

Beautiful home in the heart of wine country. The property was in great shape and grounds and surrounding area were beautiful. From the time of booking communications were great, and there was a thorough guest booklet packed full of info and suggestions. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we hope to be back again soon.

Stayed here for a weekend of wine tasting and hiking at Lake Sonoma. Perfect location. House was remarkably clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. Grill was clean and great for grilling steaks. Had breakfast at the picnic table outside-so relaxing in the morning. Enjoyed sitting at the firepit in the evening. (Just remember to bring your bug spray! A few mosquitos.) Really enjoyed the "golden hour" sitting on the front porch looking at the grapevines across the way as the sun was setting. House is perfectly set up for 2 couples. We will return!

We had the most incredible stay at this Italian Villa in Dry Creek Valley! The estate is nestled in a picturesque setting surrounded by vineyards, making it the perfect getaway for wine enthusiasts. Being only 8 miles from Healdsburg Plaza, we enjoyed the convenience of exploring charming local shops and dining options.

Cycling enthusiasts in our group were thrilled with the location on the main cyclery route of Dry Creek Valley's largest races. Plus, the proximity to Lake Sonoma provided us with ample opportunities for outdoor activities and stunning nature views.

Despite its convenient location near many attractions, the villa offered a serene and private retreat. The newly built cottage was spacious, providing plenty of room for our group to relax comfortably. We particularly loved the outdoor space, with vineyard views, a cozy firepit, a relaxing hot tub, and a grill that made for perfect evenings.

Absolutely stunning from the moment you pull in the driveway. Location is breathtaking and so convenient. The house is so comfy, cozy, warm, welcoming and decorated beautifully. Well equipped with everything you need. Loved sitting on the porch and taking in the view. Can't wait to come back and will recommend to family and friends!!!

Great hosts. Very accommodating and pleasant. Perfect for a family with a toddler - fenced in yard and lots of room to run around.

Santini Farmhouse is a gem. Clean, well appointed inside and out. The host was responsive and friendly, and the hosue well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the grounds with lots of areas to rest and socialize. It was for two couples.

It's a great location for cyclists because of the easy access to the many beautiful country roads in the area.

They gave us a late checkout which was very helpful.

We had a great weekend getaway at the farmhouse. This is a relaxing and comfortable location to explore the wine country and outdoors. I would recommend this stay to couples or small groups exploring the area.

The Santini Farmhouse made a wonderful and convenient base for our stay in the Healdsburg area. We knew there was a good chance it would be cool and rainy during our trip, so we were looking for a really nice and well appointed place. The house was perfect! With two couples, there was room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and private. The kitchen worked well for cooking. And the fireplace made everything cozy. We appreciated having the hot tub, as well as the covered porch. (We could still have our coffee outside in the rain!) The grounds were lovely and the setting, spectacular. The host was super responsive and provided a lot of helpful information about the area. We would absolutely come back.

Back again! This time came with an Angel on the side property! Great way to start New Year!
Anything that needed attention was handled. Perfect location for wine country!

Dream place in wine country

Relaxing home base for our weekend of hiking and wine tasting. Beautiful decorated. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfy gas fireplace. Oh that hot tub was so…aaaaaahhhhh.

Beautiful setting, beautiful and clean home, spacious and tasteful. It had everything we needed to just relax and chill. I felt very refreshed after our stay. The hosts were VERY responsive to a number of questions I had. One thing that wasn't obvious-- it's situated on a major thoroughfare so you can hear the cars passing by. Not a big deal unless you're sensitive to sound at night like me (earplugs worked well for me).

This was a spacious and lovely home, close to local wineries and just a short drive from eateries and recreational areas. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, and appreciated having laundry facilities and a lemon tree!

The pictures of the Santini Farm House looked great but the reality was even better. The furniture, finishes, and appliances were top notch, and size was perfect for our two couple stay. The location in Dry Creek/Sonoma was just what we wanted. Quiet nights, close to great dining and groceries, and smack dab in the middle of some of the best wineries Sonoma has to offer. The feel of Sonoma is still real wine country as opposed to the more touristy/showy Napa. It’s easy to make surgical visits to Napa for specific things but it’s always great to return to the Santini Farm House. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Fantastic place to stay when you are visiting the Napa Valley area. From the location to the amenities this accommodation checked all the boxes for myself and our friends that joined us. The interior and exterior of this property was pristine with all items (hot tub, fire pit etc.) working perfectly in almost new condition. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we visit.

Simply perfect home tucked into beautiful scenery and vineyards. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with essentials, the hot tub was the perfect nightcap after a day at the wineries. Location was perfect on Dry Creek Road which was close to amazing wine tasting. Healdsburg is magical, perfect place to stay to enjoy all it has to offer!

Beautiful house in a fabulous location. The beds were cozy and the house had everything we needed! I appreciate having little things like a makeup mirror, the shampoo/conditioner as well as a few spices and coffee filters. Those details matter! We had a lovely time in this cute little farmhouse!

We have enjoyed many trips to wine country from San Francisco over the years and finally decided to stay over a few nights to take it all in. This place was perfect for our family! Great spot for anyone else who enjoys exploring Dry Creek as well. Very close to a number of wineries and can always get great picnic foods at the General Store. The location really can’t be beat. You are just outside Healdsburg and Geyserville so it’s quick to get into town but also just far enough out for that vineyard like stay. House is a beautifully updated farmhouse, all the amenities you would want and a perfect porch to relax and watch the sunset with some wine. Enjoy!

Our hosts thought of everything. We appreciated the labeling of light switches! The laundry detergent which meant we could continue our vacation with clean clothes, and not have to purchase what we wouldn’t be able to use. The wonderful and comfortable chairs on the front porch added a perfect note to my morning coffee. Our hosts made it easy to feel at home right away! We have no hesitation is recommending this house!

A practically brand new house where they seem to have thought of everything! A beautiful interior, epic porch and yard, plus a very clean hot tub! I highly recommend this house and it's close to so many wineries and restaurants. We hope to return in the future. Thanks so much!

Beautiful home! Clean, well-appointed, and perfect location (far enough from town to feel like a retreat but not too far from anything you need). Hosts were extremely responsive. Good home for small kids. We would rent again!

If you think this place looks good in the photos you will be pleasantly surprised when you visit in person. Don’t worry about the road, traffic on main road is lite and the place is very quiet with a private backyard. We loved the farmhouse feel with all the modern touches. Everything is high end from comfortable linens and electronics to kitchen appliances and BBQ. AC was cool as ice! Only 3 miles to Lake Sonoma, where you can rent a boat for the day. Water level is lower than usual but just fine for a day trip. Lots of boutique wineries within minutes. Victor and Cindy were very friendly hosts and available to us when we needed anything. We hope to be back soon!

This location is beautiful! We settled in easy. The house made us feel right at home. The amenities we needed were all there! It was a couple minutes to Rio Lindo Adventist Academy for graduation.

During this stay we couldn’t find a flaw. Although there was no network (but wifi available) that DID NOT matter at all! We had each other’s presence which was honestly, the best.

My family and I were so blessed to find such a gem of a place to stay for the weekend. It was truly special and memorable! Thank you so much for this experience!

If your going to be in Dry Creek Valley or Healdsburg area this is a great stay. Comfortable and convenient.

Wonderful place to stay. The owners are very responsive and kind. The place has everything you need and it’s very clean and well cared for. It’s also conveniently located to downtown and various wineries.

Our family of 4 (3 adults, 1 child) had a fantastic stay at Santini House! The house has been beautifully remodeled, with many thoughtful touches for the traveler (including USB ports next in the nightstands in the bedroom!). The house was super clean and quiet, and gets wonderful light throughout the day. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, with all the kitchen tools needed to prepare a great meal. The beds were also very comfortable, including the sofa bed!) with quality bedding and linens. We loved sitting in the hot tub at night and looking up at the stars. The owners were very responsive and immediately checked in on us when we had a question about the hot tub. The location is also great for exploring the Dry Creek Valley which is truly a beautiful setting.

I would love to say "Don't stay here!" but only because I want it to always be available for us;)! This was a wonderful place to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. The house is centrally located to all of the fabulous wineries in Dry Creek, extremely clean, spacious, well stocked with every utensil you might need for a nice dinner, picnic or bbq and has lovely areas outside to sit and enjoy a fire or watch the traffic go by. Quick communication and willingness to workout details of our stay took all of the stress out of planning this trip. Hopefully, it won't be a full year before we visit again!

This home was in a great location, newly renovated with cute farmhouse touches everywhere. The outdoor space was picturesque with amazing views of vineyards. The hosts live on the property and checked in on us on the second day of our stay, very nice couple. We did have an issue with the code for the keypad on the front door, but it was able to get resolved quickly and easily. Would definitely stay at this property in the future.

The Santini House was perfect for those visiting the Dry Creek area and Russian River area. The view from the porch at sunset was beautiful. The house was clean, well furnished, and had all of the necessities. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, dining at the cool table, and enjoying tea in front of the fireplace. We will return.
