This exquisite lakefront home comes with its own private dock. The spacious open living room, dining area, and lounge feature a glass wall that allows you to bask in the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, and there are two additional bedrooms with queen beds. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with quad bunk beds for up to four children. For added flexibility, there's a family room with two sofa beds. The large private backyard features a deck, barbecue area, dining and lounge spaces, and even a sand volleyball court for outdoor fun.
Two kayaks and a paddleboard are available for guests to use and enjoy on the lake.
Clear Lake is renowned for its world-class fishing opportunities, offering species such as Largemouth Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, Sunfish, Channel Catfish, Blue Catfish, and Yellow Catfish. Join one of the 20-plus fishing tournaments held here each year and experience the thrill.
If you're in the mood for an afternoon away, explore California's hidden Wine Country. Lake County has a rich history of grape growing, with the first vines planted in the 1870s. Today, there are over 8,400 acres of vineyards in the region. Lake County wines have garnered attention from Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Food and Wine magazines. Enjoy winery tours without the crowds of Napa and Sonoma, and discover up-and-coming wineries like Brassfield Estate, Gregory Graham, and Vigilance.
For coffee enthusiasts, a drip coffee maker is available for guest use (coffee not provided).

Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be received and acknowledged by Owner before 30 days prior to the check-in date in order for Occupant to receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit. Upon receipt of written notice to cancel, Owner will send email confirmation of cancellation. For cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited. Furthermore, it is understood that Owner may reject this application and return the deposits in full; and Occupant hereby waives any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance of tenancy. If cancellation is due to any circumstance caused by Owner, or by any act of nature that renders the home uninhabitable, then 100% of all deposits will be promptly returned to Occupant. After the first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.

"Beautiful view"
This is our 2nd stay at Sandy Feet and we love it here. The view is beautiful. Love that there is a lot of room for all of us. The kitchen has lots of dish ware for all of us. We played in the sandbox, kayaked and fished. We had a blast. My kids didn’t want to leave. We look forward to another trip here.

I really enjoyed the place. It had an Amazing view by the lake. The house was really nice and had tons of space. They had kayaks available in the backyard as well. Really nice airbnb
Great rental for those interested in a place with a dock. Beautiful upgraded deck and boat launch. We snagged a monster catfish right off the dock, bring a net with you!
The highway noise is noticeable, but overall an awesome space to relax with friends and family for a long weekend.
The house is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Excellent view with plenty of things to explore.

It's a great place to relax for the weekend by the lake with a sand field for the kids to play. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
My experience at the property was great .
the house itself was very comfortable and spacious with plenty of room also had another common room .
Wish we could have stayed more days on property .4 days wasn't enough .

This place is heaven!
Sandy Feet retreat is a lovely home with a great view of the lake. We had an awesome time; view was amazing and very peaceful. Plenty space for our group of 8, either for relaxing, playing volleyball or just walking down to the lake. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our morning coffee tasted a lot better every morning our stay. We would defiantly book again next year.

The house could have been cleaned better before our arrival and the bathroom should have been stacked with toiletries which wasn’t the case, missed the body wash and lotion part here! Apart from this, all was well and the views were absolutely amazing.

Wonderful, wonderful stay!! Our friends had such a great time. Location was good, only 30 mins away from the boat rentals, 15 mins from grocery stores. At night you should definitely keep the lights off when going in and out of the bnb, as there are lots of bugs but this is normal since it’s right by the lake and it’s been warm. The host is super quick at responding, we had a small issue with the lock but she responded and fixed it quickly. Love that they offer to donate left over food to the local food bank if you don’t want to bring it back home!!!
The Sandy Feet retreat is a lovely home with a great view of the lake. It felt like we were at Lake Tahoe. We had lots of fun with the volleyball net and kayak available for us to use! We even caught a few big fishes from the dock! Lovely and peaceful place!

love this place! Kids really enjoyed it. greatest trip we had in Clearlake. oh and great place for fishing. we caught 5 gigantic catfish. the fight was awsome overall 10/10. thanks
Amazing location and very comfortable. The house was really nice and cozy. The lake views were outstanding. We loved playing beach volleyball in the backyard. Having a Kayak and life jackets included were great. Kids loved the Wii console, we had to get new batteries for the remotes but otherwise it all worked great.

Great spot. We had a family of 8 and felt like we had plenty of space. Kitchen has all you need, we cooked the whole time. The deck and view is awesome. Sat outside every morning for coffee. We brought cornhole and used the volleyball court for that. Tons of fun all around. As stated, it is right off of hwy 20 so if you’re a light sleeper - bring ear plugs. You can hear the traffic throughout the night. Didn’t bother us but something others should know. All in all this is a great spot for families of all ages!
