Rivers Breeze

This home was all that it advertised to be! From a warm, peaceful, and lovely living room to cozy bedrooms! The kitchen was adequately stocked and the bathrooms were clean and roomy. Our beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra comforters for cold nights. We were there during a lot of torrential rain which produced a very full river! We did though have some sunshine during which we enjoyed the patio and sitting area next to the river. Though outside of town it was a quick few minute drive to the Plaza and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and quiet. Good landing spot for touring wineries. Healdsburg is charming with good access to many amenities.

Fantastic location with amazing river access and not too far from town. The deck and outdoor space are peaceful & beautiful and where we spent most of our time. While we love this place (this is the 3rd time we've been) and appreciate the simplicity of the space we noticed a few things inside that could use some upkeep:
The furniture is older and can use replacement or a good cleaning
The 'game closet' had a 1 puzzle, a deck of cards and poker chips that were just thrown around- we were glad we brought our own games for game night
The front and back doors squeak so loud, it was hard for those of us who wake up early not to disturb others who were sleeping
None of these were deal breakers, and we hope to return again.

Great spot to have a home away from home near wine country! Super close to town but being on the river is such a plus.

Fabulous! Lovely character, well apportioned, great deck and yard, and the river access was fantastic. We had toddlers in the water and even though it’s not a beach, we made it work just fine and made good use of the kayaks.

Lovely stay at classic river cabin beautifully updated and appointed. Peaceful, fantastic location -- uncrowded area yet very close to town. Lots of care put into the rooms and amenities. Perfect for a summer stay.

We had a great Memorial Day weekend at River’s Breeze. The cabin is super clean, comfortable, and low-key in the best way—ideal for a family looking to unwind. We spent plenty of time on the river, launching kayaks from the private dock and relaxing on the deck in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The downstairs suite gave one of our teenagers some space, which worked out well for everyone. Being so close to Healdsburg made it easy to pop into town for fine dining, coffee, and the farmers market. We'd happily come back!

Fantastic location, extremely cozy vibes, right on a deep section of river perfect for swimming! Would highly recommend this place.

Note: the river is deep, the current is strong, and there’s not really a beach/shore, so would not be the best place for kids to swim.

A lovely place to stay with family and kids.

It was an amazing place to stay for my sister’s birthday weekend. It was a beautiful house with an even more beautiful view surrounding the house. You could sit outside for hours! It was ultimately the most perfect experience we could have had!

My family and I had an idyllic weekend at the rivers breeze. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a seamless getaway. You can’t beat the location, but the house itself is very cozy and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating implements. The beds were comfortable and everything was available for us to have a great time at the river. We will be back next year.

We loved our stay at Rivers Breeze. The cabin was super cute and clean, and it was perfect for our group of 4 friends. What really stood out was the location right on the river - the cabin has a dock on a section of the river that was deep and great for swimming (not super common in my experience staying along the Russian River). Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an incredible time. This spot is a gem! Lovely decor, well stocked kitchen, river access, laundry, comfortable beds….We will definitely be coming back.

This was the perfect stay for our college reunion. Perfectly cozy and accommodating lodging for us all and clear and easy instructions to both check in and check out. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when I come back into the area.

This house has a wonderful set-up with the big deck, lots of outdoor space, plenty of kayaks and floating devices, and a perfect private dock on the river. Highly recommend!

Honestly if we had one hundred stars to choose from for the rating it would still not be enough. One thousand thumbs up. Incredible location, spectacular amenities, and a wonderful host. We came in for a family wedding and found it so hard to leave that we added an extra day. I’m not exaggerating when I say EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want was waiting for us here. Even cooler, so many things we didn’t even know we needed or wanted. We will definitely be back. I’m pretty sure I left a huge chunk of my heart in the Russian River.

We love this place! This is our second stay and it was perfect again. Cute, cozy and comfortable for 2 couples with everything we needed for the house and river ( chairs, kayaks, floaties, towels!). The location couldn't be better with direct river access and just a quick drive in to town. We'll definitely be back!

Great stay and right on the river!

We stayed here with another couple for a weekend getaway. It was lovely. Right on the river, quiet, and well appointed. The third bedroom is a separate unit outside and downstairs, so whoever stays there needs to go outside to access their space. Not a big deal for us, but something to know. Overall the house was moderately clean, but could use a solid deep clean. There were a lot of spiders and webs in the upstairs bathroom. The deck and yard are great, and we loved having river access with a dock. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable place. Amenities were solid. Beds were comfy. Shower pressure was not spectacular but decent shower nonetheless. Overall, a lovely place. Worth it.

Just a beautiful place to be, from morning coffee on the deck to peaceful moments listening to nature…delightful joy surrounded our family and stay!

Sleeping arrangements were perfect for six but with the outdoor living space we could have easily had our entire family come to stay!

Looking forward to booking again during the warmth of summer to take advantage of the access to the river too!

Awesome spot. Already planning to return

It was a great location -- about 3 miles outside of Healdsburg. After a busy day, it was a nice retreat to a quiet spot. The deck and outdoor space were great. We would go back.

Great stay and very peaceful and convenient location! The river access was terrific and great experience.

Great little cabin with a wonderful deck space and super serene spot on the river. They are very generous to share kayaks, floaties and life vests. The cabin is described as rustic but very tastefully so. It’s a very warm and inviting inside and the deck seating and umbrellas allow for hanging outside at any time of day. Nice and effective air conditioning throughout too. I’d say this is a cool place for a family or 2 couples. Since it’s a smaller place, sharing the one bathroom in the main area or having to go outside and take stairs to the other one is just something to consider when making your plans. The river access and the trees on the property make for a great get away spot!

Tough to arrive on a 104 degree day but we settled in and let the surroundings lure us into a peaceful state. The house is quiet and surrounded by beauty. So close to charming Healdsburg and everywhere else we wanted to be. Great trip, many thanks
