Redwood River house is a peaceful and inviting location to just be. The river running outside is a plus along with the majestic redwoods. It is quiet and comfortable.

Great house on the river. All of the provided amenities add to the experience and value. Wasn’t able to enjoy the kayaks, but that was thanks to Mother Nature and not the host. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area

It's a lovely place and setting. We couldn't make the hot tub work but that's on us. Five stars for everything.

Riverfront views and kayak access, very near trailhead for Fitch Mountain, hot tub could have been a bit hotter but nice to have.

This was an amazing stay! Everything super clean and it was a very spacious home. Felt like we were somewhere far away while being so close to everything we wanted

We had a lovely stay. Being right on the river was a wonderful treat. The house was spotless and LOVED that it had AC! Just far enough from town to feel peaceful but close to all that Healdsburg has to offer. We will definitely be back.

We came back to stay a second time because we loved this location! Right on the river with great kayaks and floaties to borrow. The new deck and stairs are a great addition. Keep in mind this is a vacation rental only- so if you want to cook, it's safest to bring everything you need (including basics like salt, ground coffee, etc.).

Our stay was really lovely. We comfortably had 4 people stay in the two bedrooms and enjoyed the river access. The location is serene and just a short 5-7 minute drive to downtown Healdsburg. The one thing we would have liked to see is some more basic cooking amenities (e.g. EEOO for cooking and sugar for making tea). Other than that small detail, it was perfect!

Such a secluded, peaceful spot tucked away but near the town. House was clean, comfortable and with a fantastic view and access to the river. The beds were comfortable and the living space great.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our long weekend on the river! We used to live nearby so it was nice being back. The house was exactly as expected, though we spent minimal time there as we were out and about a lot. The river was beautiful and we would stay here again.

Lovely place on the river. Close to great restaurants and wineries. Great biking launch site too. Suggestion - bedroom could use black out shades. Easy entrance, great communication from owners.

It was a very quiet and serene spot to watch the river from the deck or the couch. It was surrounded by hills and trees on one side and river on the other. The neighborhood is very calm. The place is very dog friendly, with nice gates on the deck so you can have your pup roam around on the deck more freely.

We loved our stay here! It’s very private and the setting is stunning. House is cozy and beds are comfortable. My only complaint was, having a few extra cooking staples might help (salt and pepper, non stick cooking spray, etc.). Check in and check out was super simple. Very cool drive up the hill and not to far away from all of the action. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We hand a wonderful weekend getaway staying at the house. Although the weather wasn't cooperative, we still enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and nature views. Communication with the hosts was great and accommodating, helped make for a stress free and enjoyable time.

This sweet house feels like an escape from the world, and yet it’s close enough to venture out for a variety of adventures. It was very private and serene. We never needed to contact the host because all info was clearly provided before we needed it. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this charming house! Perfect size for our family of 4 and a dog – updated, well-maintained, extremely clean. Elegant, cheerful decor, great open floor plan with large windows with beautiful view, and deck overlooking river. Kayaks included which the kids loved taking out on the river. Great communication. Located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes drive to the beautiful town of Healdsburg.

Really enjoyed staying at this clean and nice cottage on the Russian River. It’s a short drive up the hill above Healdsburg, and feels very peaceful so you get some exposure to nature after enjoying Healdsburg. Everything was clean and easy to navigate as expected. So nice to have a cup of coffee and view the Russian River flowing from the back deck! Didn’t have time to use the kayaks and may take a little work to get them down into the water but I would definitely do it next time to have that experience. Thanks for a great introduction to beautiful Healdsburg!

The airbnb was very beautiful! It had nice access to the Russian river, and the depths of the water wasn't too deep. Walking down to the water is a bit narrow, but very much worth the view. The neighborhood is extremely friendly and felt safe to walk.

My husband and I loved every second of our stay in this beautiful home! It's only an 8-minute drive to town and the drive is gorgeous. The quietness and solitude of being along the river makes it feel like a true getaway into the heart of nature. Everything was perfect - comfortable beds, a wonderfully stocked kitchen, and everything was so warm, inviting, and clean. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Such a peaceful retreat! Loved staying right on the river and only being a 10 minute drive from town. Kayaking was such a nice bonus! Perfect option to relax outside on the deck with a glass of wine during the warmer months.

We had a fantastic weekend at the house. The River entry is a little scrambly but doable for our 5yo, and the water wasn't very deep so fun to play in. Appreciated the kayaks and floaties at the property. Easy drive into downtown as promised. Kitchen stock seems
improved from prior reviews- byo coffee/cream. Overall would absolutely stay again!

Accurate description. Beautiful setting. Nice to have laundry! Equipped kitchen and grill. Having coffee on the deck overlooking the Russian River was delightful.

Had a great weekend on the river. We enjoyed the deck space and having kayaks to paddle around in. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable!

Lots of fun - perfect for a family with two small boys.

Getting to the home may be a little tricky in the dark the number is well lit. Getting into the home was a pin code sent to us days before. I'd recommend saving the pin code somewhere before arriving because reception may be spotty.
The home itself was great with lots of space and a full assortment of amenities. The bathroom had plenty of towels for showers as well as separate towels for going to the hot tub or river.
It was a little cold when we first arrived but the heating in the home is top notch. We were warm and cozy soon after we turned the heating on.

Really sweet and incredibly clean Airbnb. Right on the river. Big deck that was kid proof so we felt comfortable letting our 18 month old toddle around. Very well stocked. When the high chair wasn’t in the closest, WC came in less than an hour with a brand new one.

Note that the stairs down to the river seem to have been washed out, but east enough access via the neighbor’s, also a WC managed rental. Loved the hot tub.

While we were able to check-in and visit this rental, due to circumstances on our end, we were unable to spend the night.

Debi was very responsive and easy to communicate with given our situation, and we look forward to staying at her rental in the future.

House is beautiful, in such a scenic spot and it was super clean. Would love to stay again!

Fantastic place with an amazing river view. Our kids had a blast and with only 5 minutes to downtown it made for an easy getaway. Would definitely come back again soon!

The place is only a 10-minute drive from down town so good location. The deck overlooking the river was great, felt very private. It had a minimalist design, and had everything my group of three needed for a long weekend. Easy check in and check out.

It is a very special place. Loved being by the river having a fireplace and private deck and the beds were very comfortable.

A beautiful open space home with a wonderful raised deck overlooking the river. A short 10 minute drive from central Healdsburg over mount Fitch into the peaceful river gorge. The house is comfy and well equipped. We came with a 1 yr old and a 4 year old and the space worked great for them.

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the city. While close to the city, it is located in the mountains and not within walking distance to the downtown area. Would stay here again.

Our family of three really enjoyed our time at this property in Healdsburg. We enjoyed the prime location on the river with a fantastic balcony, comfortable zero gravity chairs, direct access to the water and the 2 person kayak. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit too. We were most impressed with the responsiveness of the team to our questions before we arrived and during our stay when we needed a lightbulb replaced, requested an additional light for the living room, and requested a later check out time. Great communication! We look forward to returning!

This house is very comfortable and has a beautiful view of a forest and easy access to the river. The place is very well maintained, and it was as described. We would certainly stay again.

Beautiful home on a lovely part of the river - very clean and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The view from the deck is beautiful. We used the hot tub and the double kayak and really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get an Uber into Healdsburg which has excellent restaurant and beautiful stores.

Thanks for letting us stay; the setting on the River is spectacular! The house had everything; beds were super comfortable and the bedding was very clean and fresh. The decor and furnishings seems to be getting pretty worn out, but we loved it overall!

Lovely! Peaceful. Meditated on the amazing deck with view to a symphony of birds singing throughout the day. Enjoyed the riverside hot tub while taking in beautiful sights and relaxing sounds. Being able to use the double kayak to travel down the river was a great workout and wonderful.

Cozy place by the river on the dark, cool side of Fitch mountain. Fun in the winter and I imagine it's amazing in the summer!

i highly recommend The Redwood River House. it's a nice open architecture that's ideal for up to 4 guests, located right on the Russian River. And the proximity to downtown Healdsburg is very convenient.

Great location to downtown Healdsburg and perfect for a relaxing wine country getaway!

There are two kayaks and a BBQ for guest use. The river access gets a little bit rocky towards the bottom, so be careful loading and unloading the kayak! Washer and dryer on site, smaller than average refrigerator but perfectly adequate for our stay. Basic condiments and cooking supplies provided, coffee maker and French press, no coffee or tea there but we brought our own. Hairdryer in the bathroom and plenty of towels (twelve or so). Wood burning fireplace with wood at the ready for burning. Speaker system in the living room that can be heard on the deck pretty well. Beds were comfortable and common area is very spacious. Rental company was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
