Situated on a private 28 acre estate in an idyllic country setting, Palomar Ranch House is an easy 6 minute drive from Healdsburg Plaza and the world-class restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms that Healdsburg’s vibrant downtown has to offer. The estate is located near the north end of Westside Road and is a fantastic point of access to dozens of top-tier wineries and tasting rooms in the Dry Creek Valley, Russian River Valley, and Alexander Valley American Viticultural Areas. This ultra-private and quiet estate boasts views of vineyards and evergreen hillsides by day and a sky full of stars and constellations by night. The property is a wonderful observatory of abundant wildlife; the most commonly observed wildlife include deer, bobcats, and birds of all shapes and sizes.
The 3,590 sq ft 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom home is constructed over two levels. On the main level there's a home office, a bright and spacious living room that flows to the outdoor living space, and a generously sized dining room that opens out onto the courtyard – all perfect for large family gatherings. The dining room flows into the kitchen which has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook. Also located on the main level are a powder room and laundry room.
Located upstairs are the main primary suite with a private bathroom and balcony that allows you to take in the views of the pool and neighboring vineyards, an additional bedroom with a King bed, an additional bedroom with a Queen bed, a full separate bathroom, and an exercise / yoga space.
Attached on the main floor, but with its own separate entrance through the courtyard, is an additional primary suite with vaulted ceilings, private bathroom, and a King bed.
The home has original wide planked hardwood flooring and beam ceilings which add to the country house charm. Other highlights include a heated in-ground pool and outdoor BBQ area with plenty of room surrounding the home to spread out and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Security cameras (2x) located in the front yard can be triggered remotely. There are also two game cameras placed on remote areas of the property to monitor wildlife activity; these cameras cannot be triggered or monitored remotely.
This is a rural property of 28 acres. Poison oak and ticks may be found in certain areas, please adhere to paths when walking the property. The natural vegetation also contains plants/fungus that may be poisonous to dogs; for your pooch's safety, please adhere to our NO pets policy.

House is on well water which is suitable for bathing and cooking. Bottled water is provided for drinking.

Written notice of cancellation must be received and acknowledged by Owner before 30 days prior to the check-in date in order for Occupant to receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit. Upon receipt of written notice to cancel, Owner will send email confirmation of cancellation. For cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited. Furthermore, it is understood that Owner may reject this application and return the deposits in full; and Occupant hereby waives any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance of tenancy. If cancellation is due to any circumstance caused by Owner, or by any act of nature that renders the home uninhabitable, then 100% of all deposits will be promptly returned to Occupant. After the first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Required in lieu of security deposit.
