This is a great home base for exploring Healdsburg. A lovely historic home that’s walking distance to everything in town.

This was a comfortable, well-located cottage for a weekend trip to Healdsburg. We loved being within walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown, but this was also a great launch point for wine tasting in the region. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great location to all of downtown Healdsburg. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfy and warm. The downstairs sun room and upstairs sitting room made for pleasant seating and reading.

The house is nicely appointed and the location excellent with wonderful restaurants close by. The Plaza is a short walk and convenient. The home was comfortable and nicely decorated. Overall lighting in the home is a bit dim at this time of year. The home could be difficult for someone who has trouble navigating steps. Our stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning given the ideal location of the home.

Our stay at Carma Cottage was excellent. Charming place, very comfortable beds, clean, walkable to Healdsburg plaza, quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive to all our questions and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed this cute, little house in the heart of town! It’s cozy and had nice appliances (!), plus super close to everything, including the 3-star Michelin restaurant Single Thread. We walked next door to the health food market & there was even a toy store 3 blocks away.

We appreciated the baby crib, gate, and high chair (amazing!), though I would call out the whole back yard is cement so not conducive to toddler play. The small stairs / no bathroom upstairs didn’t bother us - it was a good set up for our au pair.

The only thing to be aware of is that with such a great location, you are in the midst of this cute small town so you’ll hear cars. We had a white noise machine which was perfect and the noise didn’t bother us.

We’d recommend staying here!

Beautiful clean home with old charm so cozy and close to downtown

Charming historic home in an excellent location just a couple blocks from the center of town. Comfortable, lots of living space. Very efficient process for check-in.

Amazing location —only 2 blocks from the center of Healdsburg. Kitchen is well stocked with lovely appliances. Upstairs bedroom is a bit hot in my opinion (but my aunt was fine with it). Good for 4 or less people since there is only one bathroom.

If you want to walk to everything in Healdsburg, this is the place for you! It is just minutes from the square and is a very cute and comfortable Airbnb. Just be advised that the second bedroom is up a fairly steep flight of stairs and there is no bathroom up there. This house would be great for a family of four with kids, but if you have older adults or anyone who is mobility impaired, the upstairs bedroom with no bath may be a bit daunting for them. We loved this place and would happily stay here again!

Carma Cottage was absolutely perfect. This was our third trip to Healdsburg l, staying in airbnbs each time, and this was by far the best property we have stayed in to date and will absolutely be back! Lovely, historic home and walkable to everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! We hope to be back soon!

If you want to do Healdsburg - then stay at Carma Cottage. Walk everywhere, park right in front of the cottage, it will be your home sweet home.

This was such a gem of a place. Healdsburg is a gorgeous town and was one of the stops in our Roadtrip - staying at this property was a definite highlight. It's perfectly located and very well maintained!

We had an amazing stay at this cottage for a girls weekend. The location is super walkable, located right in town and a quick drive to wineries. The space was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well outfitted, making it easy to cook at the house as well. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Healdsburg.

This was a perfect place to stay within walking distance to restaurants and wine tasting rooms in Healdsburg. The home was charming, super clean, had every amenity. The host was kind enough to source a pack and play and a high chair for us. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, great water pressure, a beautiful outdoor sitting area in the back and a cute front porch with rocking chairs to watch the world go by. All in all, we give this home an A+++++!!!

We loved our stay and hope to come back one day. Perfect location quiet but walkable to everything you want in the town. Great restaurants and shopping. A clean home that was so cozy and lovely. The beds are also very comfortable. 2 full beds and a fantastic blow-up matress my toddlers slept on. The house stayed nice and dark and cool during the hot july days. Definitely recommend this house,

Great location walkable to downtown.

Great location near the plaza. Nice 2 bedroom cottage. The kitchen is very usable, and the living room is set up for watching things on a big screen if desired. The backyard is a bit spartan but you can walk out in to downtown and go to the square if you want to be outside in the sun.

Haeldsburg Plaza Gem was a gem indeed. It is centrally located, walking distance to amazing restaurants and even some tasting rooms and vineyards!

We loved this place! As someone else mentioned - it’s even cuter than the pics show. I don’t know how the location could be better if you are interested in downtown Healdsburg. Kitchen was small but well-stocked, many nice seating areas, and the owner was very quick to respond to all questions. Would definitely here again.

Unbeatable location if you want to be walking distance to great restaurants in the square. Check-in was easy and the home was very nice and tidy. The beds were SO comfortable! My only complaint was that the house was much darker inside than in the photos - you’ll definitely want to turn on the lights and open all of the windows. Also, there are only 2 bedrooms, even though there are three bedroom photos in the listing (one photo appears to be a duplicate from a different angle). It’s 2 beds and then a blow up mattress you can set on the ground or on couch. Overall though a great place for a weekend with a small group. Would recommend!

The location of this home is fantastic, a quick walk to a grocery store, a pharmacy, multiple restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. The home is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The upstairs bedroom does get rather warm. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay in Healdsburg.

Absolutely incredible place!! The location could not be more perfect - it’s only minutes walking from the town. There are adorable sitting areas within the home as well as a great sunny patio to sip on. Definitely recommend this spot and would return in a heartbeat!
