Cancellation Policy

Reservations for Stays that are Less Than 30 Nights:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by the owner at least 30 days before the check-in date to qualify for a full refund of the deposit. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the cancellation request.
For cancellations received less than 30 days before check-in, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited, and no refunds or changes will be permitted.
No refunds will be given for shortened stays, late arrivals, early departures, or cancellations due to weather.

Cancellation policy for stays that are for 30 Nights or more:

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations made between 30–60 days before check-in, the deposit amount will be forfeited.
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable, and the full reservation amount will be retained.
Additional Terms:

If the owner cancels due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of nature rendering the property uninhabitable, 100% of all deposits will be promptly refunded.
After the first day of the rental period, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Our stay on Fitch Street was wonderful. The house looked just like the photos and very comfortable. The area was very walkable to restaurants and stores, which is what we wanted. We had a problem with the Nest thermostat but one call, they were there very quickly and the situation was handled. We would certainly go back again. Thanks

Terrific cottage on a beautiful and safe street. Just a few blocks to the heart of the Healdsburg Plaza. The house is bright and beautiful. Great backyard for a glass of wine. We will definitely be back.

We have visited Healdsburg dozens of times over the last 20 years, originally as tourists and now with close family in the area. This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location is great, less than 10 minute walk to the Plaza, but with the privacy of a quiet neighborhood. Lots of light, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen and living space. We’d love to stay again and hope it’s available next time.

This place is so beautiful on the inside it’s hard to describe how peaceful, clean, modern and lovely it is. The backyard is cozy and private and the back of the home is sliding glass doors that opens up onto the outdoor green space. There is a skylight in the middle of the home so some natural light everywhere. It has pretty much everything you might need. Debi was helpful and easy to contact. I wish I could transport the whole place to my town and live there!
