Escape to our charming Blue Bayou lakefront cabin, where serenity and natural beauty surround you. This cozy retreat nestled on the shores of Clear Lake, offers a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin features a rustic yet comfortable design, with wood accents and cozy furnishings that create a welcoming ambiance. Large windows throughout the cabin provide stunning views of the lake, allowing you to immerse yourself in the picturesque surroundings.
The cabin offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax, with plush seating and a fireplace that adds to the cozy atmosphere.
The highlight of the cabin is undoubtedly its proximity to the lake. Step outside onto the spacious deck or patio area, where you can bask in the tranquility of the water. Floorplan details:
Main level/parking level is home to a garage (not available to guests) and a studio apartment (2-3 person capacity). Apartment has a kitchenette, full bathroom and 2 full sized beds (bunk bed formation).
2nd Level is home to a full bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room with adjacent deck. Living Room has a pull out sofa bed.
3rd level has an additional living area with couches and TV. in addition to a large en-suite bedroom with full bath and king bed. XL Twin sized sofa bed located in 3rd level living area.
This house is NOT handicap accessible.
Boat lift and dock are available for guest use.
Ample parking in gated front yard for truck/trailer. House is located 5 minutes from Lucerne Harbor Park boat launch.
Booking is contingent upon guest's acceptance of WC Lodging's rental agreement. There is an additional $350/month utility fee for all stays 30 days or greater.
If planning to fish/kayak/paddleboard from the house check water levels and availability with the county prior to booking and arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be received and acknowledged by Owner before 30 days prior to the check-in date in order for Occupant to receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit. Upon receipt of written notice to cancel, Owner will send email confirmation of cancellation. For cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited. Furthermore, it is understood that Owner may reject this application and return the deposits in full; and Occupant hereby waives any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance of tenancy. If cancellation is due to any circumstance caused by Owner, or by any act of nature that renders the home uninhabitable, then 100% of all deposits will be promptly returned to Occupant. After the first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.

Beautiful home. Beautiful views with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It had everything we needed and more. Fish, kayak, BBQ, family games - we did it all. We didn’t have to bring anything but ourselves, food, and clothes. Loved the in law unit downstairs for the teenagers.

Highly recommend. Sitting on the deck at sunrise and seeing the lake in all its beauty was an amazing feeling. The private boat dock made swimming and fishing a breeze. It was nice to be able to grill a burger and then enjoy it while listening to the waves of the lake crash against the shore. 10/10

This house on is amazing! Perfect view! I really enjoyed our family vacation at this place (2 families). We spent most of our time outdoors: fishing, swimming, sunbathing and kayaking (there are 2 kayaks and life vest jackets provided). The house has 3 levels. The only one thing I want to mention for families with kids: The lower level of the house has a bunk bed - but the entrance to that room is separated, from the backyard (it's not connected to the main space of the house). So you need to plan ahead - if you want to leave your small kids there. I think it's more comfortable for teens or adults only. There are additional kitchen & bathroom on the first floor. A lot of different backyard furniture - it's very useful and comfortable. If you have any questions to the host, they always reply very quick, what is very helpful! This house is very private! No neighbors from the left side & no-one was on the right side - so you can feel a freedom and space around. Recommend it 100%!
