Weekly, Bi Weekly or Monthly Inspections. Including:
Check for leaks, run all water, flush all toilets
Adjust and set air conditioning and furnaces
Water indoor plants & trees
Secure all windows and doors
Test lighting and smoke detectors
Visually Inspect walls, ceilings, & floors
Take out / bring in trash receptacles
Insure all yard and pool services are maintained
