One of the best Clear Lake locations with its own private boat dock, just 5 minutes away from charming downtown Lakeport, with excellent restaurants and breweries, and plenty of wine tasting opportunities. Do to low lake level, dock is not usable for boats at this time. Enjoy our elegant vacation home, with stunning lake views. When you enter, it feels as if the lake surrounds you, refreshing and revitalizing, and recharging your batteries.

Wake up to the sweet sound of birds singing and sip your coffee on our spacious covered deck, directly facing the water, marveling at the brilliant colors of the rising sun and watching numerous native birds pass by – swans, eagles, osprey, herons, white pelicans, seagulls. Breathe the freshest air in California and feel deeply relaxed, watching the boats gliding on the peaceful surface of the lake. Or sip local wine in the evening, listening to the gentle rhythm of water, softly tapping the shore right in front of you.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Livingroom with wrap around couch and scenic lake views. Large master bedroom with King Bed and Queen sleeper sofa, Full kitchen with all the cookware to prepare your favorite meal.  There is another full bath and laundry attached to the garage Just a perfect lakefront destination for rest and relaxation, and some of the best bass fishing in the nation!

Clear Lake is a warm water lake and under certain weather conditions can have algae blooms. Please check the Lake County website for water conditions. There are no refunds do to water conditions.
