Debra Sacco, Broker/Owner and CEO
Debra Sacco, the visionary founder of WC Lodging Inc., draws on over 20 years of experience in luxury real estate as she leads the company as Broker/Owner and CEO. Her journey started with a drive to enhance vacation rental management, inspiring her to use her real estate expertise to establish a company that not only meets but exceeds the needs of both property owners and guests.
Since founding WC Lodging in 2017, Debra has driven exceptional sales growth and built a reputation for delivering unparalleled service to her clients. Leveraging her extensive experience in the short-term rental market, Debra has brokered the sale of many of the properties WC Lodging now manages. This deep market knowledge gives her a unique insight into what makes a house a successful short-term rental, ensuring that every client’s needs are met with precision and care.
Debra’s specialties include account management, productivity improvement, sales leadership, talent development, and organization and project management. She is also highly skilled at building interpersonal relationships, which has been instrumental in forging strong partnerships with property owners, guests, and local businesses.
In addition to her role at WC Lodging, Debra has extensive experience in financial management and corporate operations. As the Owner and Controller of McAtee’s Marine Repair, Inc., she has honed her skills in corporate liquidity, investment strategies, and risk management. Her ability to forecast cash flow, manage payroll, and enforce financial controls has been vital in steering her companies toward sustained growth and profitability.
With a Bachelor of Science in Finance, emphasizing International Business, from Pepperdine University, Debra’s global perspective—shaped by her studies abroad in Italy, England, and Australia—enriches her approach to business and client relations.
Debra is also deeply committed to her community, actively volunteering for various causes, including local schools and animal welfare organizations. A devoted wife and mother of three, she skillfully balances her thriving career with a heartfelt dedication to her family, reflecting her passion for making a positive impact in all areas of her life.

With over 40 years of combined marine and mechanical experience, Garret McAtee brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to his role as Director of Maintenance & Operations at WC Lodging. A certified technician and seasoned professional, Garret ensures that every property under WC Lodging’s care is maintained to the highest standards.
